INTERNET RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with an item ordered through the Strasburg Children website, it may be returned by shipping to our Distribution Center for refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted AFTER 30 days. We will not refund Shipping charges. Items ordered on the website cannot be returned to a Strasburg Children store for a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with all original tags attached. A Return/Exchange form and receipt which accompany each website order must be included with the returned shipment. Due to the special price of all clearance items, clearance sales are final.
