Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item ordered through the Strasburg Children website, it may be returned by shipping to our Distribution Center for refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted AFTER 30 days. We will not refund Shipping charges.
Items ordered on the website cannot be returned to a Strasburg Children store for a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with all original tags attached. A Return/Exchange form and receipt which accompanies each website order must be included with the returned shipment.
Due to the special price of all clearance items, clearance sales are final.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from strasburgchildren.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges (if your item(s) were shipped international) that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to strasburgchildren.com.
Shipping & Handling
STANDARD SHIPPING Standard shipments are delivered in the continental United States via UPS Ground and will arrive within approximately 7-10 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. (No deliveries on week ends or holidays). We cannot ship C.O.D.
Strasburg Children uses UPS for most domestic expedited orders. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day options are available at check-out. USPS Priority mail is used for international expedited shipments. Expedited orders placed Monday-Friday before noon (Central Time) will be shipped on the business day received, pending stock availability and credit card verification. Any expedited order placed after noon (Central Time) will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

In order to insure that your garment is perfect when it arrives, handling includes quality inspection, steaming and/or pressing and specialized packaging.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments outside of the contiguous United States are delivered via US Postal Service. All country specific taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Deliveries for International shipping will arrive within approximately 7-10 business days, after shipping.
Sales Tax
Strasburg Children has locations in 20 states in the United States. If you live in a state with a Strasburg Children's store, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
Online Security
Your credit card is completely safe.
Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.
*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.
Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.
To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.
Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.
To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout. (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)
