For Girls:
- Number one rule for girls – “When in doubt, wear white”. Select a modest, traditional dress that covers your shoulders, midriff and knees. Many ceremonies require white gloves and a head covering. Remember, this is a time to dress traditionally – fashion forward clothing will look out of place
- Other items to consider for your ensemble: White pearls and earrings, a matching hand bag, white shoes or ballet slippers, white gloves, a small hat, head piece, or ribbons are appropriate to cover your hair.
For Boys:
- Select a traditional, dark suit, white shirt, dress shoes and conservative tie. Remember, this is a time to dress traditionally – fashion forward clothing will look out of place.
- Hair should be cut at least one week before the ceremony.
