For Girls:

• Number one rule for girls – “When in doubt, wear white”. Select a modest, traditional dress that covers your shoulders, midriff and knees. Many ceremonies require white gloves and a head covering. Remember, this is a time to dress traditionally – fashion forward clothing will look out of place.
  
• Cover all tattoos and piercings.
  
• Other items to consider for your ensemble: White pearls and earrings, a matching hand bag, white shoes or ballet slippers, white gloves, a small hat, head piece, or ribbons are appropriate to cover your hair.

For Boys:

• Select a traditional, dark suit, white shirt, dress shoes and conservative tie. Many ceremonies require a head covering. Remember, this is a time to dress traditionally – fashion forward clothing will look out of place.

• Hair should be cut at least one week before the ceremony.
